When making the reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid via bank transfer or Bizum. The remaining balance will be paid during the stay, via bank transfer, Bizum or in cash.
If you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival, the full amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is at 12 p.m.
We offer you the possibility to pay for your stay before arrival or up to 2 days before departure via bank transfer or Bizum. We also inform you that the invoice will be sent to you electronically.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will request all necessary information to complete a pre check-in. Please note that we will require the ID details of all guests, in accordance with current regulations. The documents will be verified upon arrival.
